adequate but with shortcomings
small room fluctuating pressure
the room felt quite small. i found the lack of slippers disappointing, especially since i prefer not walking barefoot in hotel rooms. the water pressure in the shower fluctuated considerably. this made maintaining a consistent temperature difficult during showers.

a colourful and superb stay
great design excellent bathroom
the room had a great design and everything needed was provided i found the breakfast offered a large choice it was perfect. the bathroom was excellent and very modern. i especially liked the cleanliness in my room.

broken shower rusty kettle
The breakfast was very good and very varied. Its position is good with a few buses in front of the hotel to reach the city center.
The condition of the room was depressing I found a broken shower. I also found a clogged sink and a rusty kettle. The blinds fell on me this was the final straw.

inadequate lighting inconvenient location
The room lighting proved inadequate. it was difficult to read or work comfortably in the evenings. the hotel's location is also somewhat misleading. Despite its name, i found it a considerable distance from the city center. public transport connections were not as convenient as i had hoped. i frequently relied on taxis.

complimentary water free coffee clean room adjustable thermostat
I appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water on each floor. This was particularly helpful. Free coffee and cookies throughout the day added a great touch, convenient for a quick refreshment. The room was very clean, providing everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I found the adjustable thermostat particularly useful.
Space for parking at the hotel posed a problem because of the limited number of spots.

The hotel staff offered assistance with directions. The reception staff were able to address questions. The breakfast service maintained cleanliness during peak hours. I observed a helpful attitude among staff.
